Behind this dream is Chef Cecilia Jiménez, born in Mexico City, who built Dolce Bakery Gourmet out of a deep love for artisanal baking.
What started as a hobby, sparked by the joy of seeing people’s faces light up when tasting her creations, grew into a purposeful reality. Cecilia found in every detail, from flavor to presentation, a way to honor special occasions and express genuine emotion.
